## Tasks

*   Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
*   Delivering exceptional, client-centered resolutions in a timely manner
*   Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat and social media
*   Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
*   Embracing our company values and acting as a _brand ambassador._

## Requirements

**_What are we looking for❓_**

*   Fluent level of **Norwegian** with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
*   High level of **English** (Both written and spoken)
*   A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
*   Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
*   Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
*   Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving

*   Permanent contract
*   Part-time contract: 20 hours per week
*   Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 10:00 am to 2:00pm
*   Salary: €16,555.27 per year (gross amount)
*   Training: 2 weeks
*   Training schedule: Monday to Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm
*   Work location: Hybrid
