Tasks
What’s your Mission?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for:
Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
- Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
Your Experience, Our Future
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.

- Hours: 39 hours/week
- Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9 am to 5pm.
- Salary: €27,500.00 gross per year
- Performance Bonus: Earn a bonus per month based on sales target achieved.
- Holidays: 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
- Work Model: Work from Home.
- Training: 1 month training from Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9 am to 5pm.
- Location: Anywhere in Spain.
