Sales Representative (Blue Collar Division)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Blue Collar Division in Bucharest. This is a key role within our company, focused on securing job opportunities for our available blue-collar staff and promoting our accommodation services to clients.

• Identify and secure new job opportunities for blue-collar staff (construction, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Promote and sell accommodation services tailored to workforce needs
• Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements
• Monitor market demand and proactively approach potential clients
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communication

• Previous experience in a similar sales role (staffing/recruitment experience is a strong advantage)
• Experience working with blue-collar profiles is mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Full-time availability
