We are looking for an experienced **Business System Analyst** to join a delivery unit in the banking sector. You will work on developing digital lending solutions, collaborating with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to transform requirements into scalable, functional applications.

**Location:** Bucharest, hybrid (2 days/week on-site)  
**Contract:** B2B

## Tasks

*   Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements
*   Assess feasibility, benefits, and risks, and provide opinions/recommendations
*   Analyzing the impact of business requirements on existing systems and the overall IT environment
*   Break down requirements and provide effort estimates for the analysis work
*   Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
*   Maintain specifications and related documentation up to date throughout the project, implementing approved changes.
*   Participate in solution design, support development, and testing
*   Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization
*   Providing support throughout the lifespan of the application in both functional and technical operation mode

## Requirements

**_What we're looking for:_**

*   Hands-on experience with software design and documentation
*   Good knowledge of private individual lending products
*   Ability to develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflows and establishing specifications
*   Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
*   Familiarity with BPM, SQL, XML, Oracle, Web
*   Services, and operational reporting
*   Familiarity in working with tools like: Postman, SOAPUI, Swagger, etc.
*   Previous experience with implementations of lending solutions (Credit Origination) is a plus
*   At least 3+ years of experience as a technical/system analyst
*   Advanced communication skills in English
*   Agile knowledge/previous experience is a plus

*   Have structured, analytical thinking and come up with innovative ideas
*   Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes
*   Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments
*   Are focused on finding solutions
*   Can easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues, and explain technical details
*   Can create good work relationships based on trust and responsibility
*   Are a team player, an enthusiastic person with a desire to learn
*   Are well-organized and deliver specifications on time
