Tasks
- Partner Onboarding & Status Management: Manage the partner onboarding process, collaborating closely with the contracts, MDM, and deal registration teams to avoid disputes. Ensure that partners' profiles are accurate, and submit tickets for updates as needed.
- Dashboard Creation and Reporting: On a regular basis, assemble and publish updates, lists, and dashboards for regional and global teams on onboarding statuses, deal registration, and distributor preparedness.
- Cross-Team Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a bridge between internal channel sales teams and external partners, providing status updates, resolving issues, and overseeing crucial conversations. Lead weekly meetings with the regional and sales operations teams to discuss escalations and cross-functional issues.
- Document Management & Process Documentation: Maintain and update essential project documentation, dashboards, and standardized process flows in SharePoint, incorporating comments from regional teams before finalizing and releasing.
- Ticket Handling and Support: Manage tickets in the Integration Resource Center, fix issues, reply to queries, and escalate complicated situations to subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed.
- Process Optimization & Training: Create training materials, validate translated papers, and educate regional teams, as well as manage the internal response center and prepare regional subject matter experts.
- Project & Change Management: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the integration process, coordinating workflows to guarantee smooth transitions and assisting with change management to minimize interruption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in project management with a specific focus on Partner Onboarding, Communications.
- Proven experience in managing projects related to company Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management software and project management tools (e.g., Icertis, MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
