Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager (remote job)

Salary: 7000 - 8000 RON NET

Duration: 6 months, possible extension

Background: Our client has been in the mobile marketing and mobile experiences business for 12 years. They've recently added Affiliate marketing to their services, both for websites and apps. They promise results based on Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Action (CPA), and Cost Per Lead (CPL), with smooth integration with popular platforms like Kochava and Adjust, as well as standard setups for web campaigns.

Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be taken into consideration.

• Find and bring new affiliates onto our platform.
• Manage relationships with new affiliates by creating standard templates, and procedures, and staying in touch regularly.
• Work closely with affiliates to make sure campaigns launch well, improve over time, and meet their goals.
• Help grow our affiliate marketing by finding new kinds of campaigns we can handle.
• Develop easy-to-use options for affiliates to start and manage campaigns quickly
• Understand the technical side and know how to make campaigns work better.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, negotiate terms, and effectively convey campaign objectives and expectations.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools, as well as familiarity with industry-standard tools like Kochava and Adjust.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including identifying new opportunities, optimizing conversion funnels, and staying ahead of industry trends.
