## Your duties at the royal court

* Coordination of our office management, such as correspondence, appointment coordination, errands and material orders
* Support in daily business and administrative activities
* Reception and visitor service for our (inter)national customers and guests on site and by telephone
* Oral and written correspondence in German and English with internal and external parties
* Efficient organization of all office processes and meetings
* Planning and booking of business trips
* Organization of team events

## Your missions profile

* Currently enrolled in a German University or technical College (Fachhochschule)
* Initial work experience in administration or office management, ideally in a start-up or agency environment
* Independent, structured and organized working style
* A friendly and confident appearance
* Strong sense of initiative, strong communication skills and motivation
* Safe handling of MS-Office programs
* Very good German and good English skills
