## Your duties at the royal court

* Supporting key business activities and projects that support the growth of Cosmonauts & Kings
* Participation and operational support in negotiation rounds, pitches and tender processes
* Independent preparation of offers for new customers
* Independent project work within the framework of internal strategic projects, such as publications or events
* Independent research and analysis in the area of innovation and innovation management with the focus on service and product development
* Support in the area of customer success and after-sales management with the aim of increasing customer loyalty and contract durations

## Your missions profile

* Advanced or completed studies with a focus on business administration, economics, political economy, political science or a similar field
* Relevant internships in start-ups / companies in the fields of business development or management consulting
* Knowledge in the field of political communication, agency, consulting is an advantage
* Confident appearance and negotiation skills
* Strong interest in entrepreneurship and the development of business models
* Secure in the use of Keynote, Excel and Powerpoint
* Strong sense of initiative, strong communication skills and motivation
* Very good knowledge of German and English
