We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing Support Team in Freiburg, Berlin or Remote.

As a Support Consultant in Business One, you are responsible to process incoming requests for Coresuite on Premise Products as well as SAP Field Service Management. These requests include primarily the following:

## Tasks

*   Functional and technical questions concerning SAP Business One and our Coresuite on Premise Products as well as SAP Field Service Management
*   Customization requests (implementation of new request or change requests of existing Reports and Developments)
*   General issue analysis, troubleshooting and debugging the implementation of user requests (new and change requests) as well
*   As 2nd and 3rd level support provider, you directly deal and work with our partners, clients and the development team
*   Short product training inquiries
*   Bug reporting

## Requirements

*   Completed apprenticeship or course of study in either business administration or the technical field
*   Relevant professional experience 
*   Solid knowledge of ERP (SAP Business One would be an advantage)
*   Solid knowledge of database management systems MS SQL or HANA 
*   Scripting knowledge (for example VB, C#)
*   Knowledge in operating systems (Windows server, Linux) would be an advantage
*   Business fluency in English (written and spoken); German or other languages would be an advantage
*   Exceptional abilities in dealing with clients 
*   Strong own initiative and independence
*   High degrees of willingness to learn and intellectual grasp
*   High level of quality consciousness
