We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our international Consulting team in Freiburg, Germany.

As a Project Manager with the shape of a Solution Consultant you are responsible for leading our customer projects in the area of SAP Field Service Management (part of SAP CX Service Cloud) where you can bring in your experience in the service business. You will work closely together with your team members.

Your goal is it to deliver projects in time, scope and budget according to the contract with the customer. In order to do so, you are aware of all agreements made with the customer and third parties and proactively communicate deviations and proposals to get back on track. You manage expectations of all involved stakeholders and report internally and to the customer.

## Tasks

*   Manage solution- and integration consultants, projects, and clients
*   Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates
*   Provide project management and oversight to client implementations
*   Experience leading detailed requirements and specification activities
*   Elicit requirements via interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process reviews, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis
*   Notify management of any issues or target-date dependencies
*   Manage Project Budget incl. Sales Orders, Accruals and Invoicing
*   Implement ERP (SAP Business One) Solution by using standard functionalities
*   Implement FSM (SAP C/4 HANA Service, aka coresystems FSM) Solution by using standard functionalities
*   Supporting Partner management regarding consulting in ERP and FSM related topics
*   Discern user requests from the client’s underlying, true business-function needs
*   Analyze and evaluate information collected from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and interpret and synthesize high-level information into details for general understanding
*   Develop documented business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, use cases, and design documentation
*   Use of customization tools for the implementation like coresuite customize, coresuite designer, FSM screen configuration, FSM business rules, FSM jaspersoft designer
*   Advanced skills in using of MS SQL and HANA SQL
*   Advanced skills in programming languages VB and C#
*   Basic skills management SAP HANA environments incl. Suse Linux OS

## Requirements

*   Completed apprenticeship or course of study in either computer sciences or the technical field
*   All additional education courses related to IT, the technical field etc. are highly appreciated
*   Providing minimum 3 years of experience in managing ERP Projects
*   Consulting experience from different types of ERP projects in different industries
*   Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions
*   Good exposure to business IT solutions and integration concepts
*   Strong understanding of data structures and SQL (MS and HANA) languages
*   Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
*   Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills to lead workshops, meetings and trainings
*   Open-minded and flexible team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment

**Nice to have:**

*   Experience in managing FSM Projects
*   Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Business One in small and medium sized industrial businesses
*   Knowledge in implementing and consulting Field Service Solutions, preferred SAP C/4 HANA Service Solution (aka coresystems FSM solution)
*   Basic skills in programming languages VB and C#
*   Basic skills management SAP HANA environments incl. Suse Linux OS
