We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing Sales Team in Zurich.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you are part of our growing sales teams and will report directly to the Head of Channel Sales. We are curious towards your passion for sales and are excited about your personal "core moments".

## Tasks

*   Point of contact for Partners and their inquiries
*   Administrative work (license management, master data maintenance, preparation of offers, orders and invoices etc.) 
*   Support team with planning of sales activities (promotions, partner visits)
*   Support team in the preparation of “sales-activity” plans, new sales methods and presentations
*   Support in Preparation of conferences, roadshows and events
*   Reporting (e.g. revenue analysis, bugs, improvements)
*   Support of entire Channel management team 
*   Updating pricelists and sales documents
*   Taking and answering requests on the phone

## Requirements

*   Completed apprenticeship in a commercial area, marketing, IT or other related fields and at least 2 years working experience
*   All additional educations related to sales, IT, technics, marketing, communication etc. are highly appreciated
*   High customer focus and quality awareness (customer satisfaction is the most important thing)
*   Ability of prioritizing urgent topics
*   Very good communication skills
*   Ability to work independent as well as within the team
*   Willingness to go the extra-mile
*   Patience
*   Fluent in German, business fluent in English
*   Very good Computer and MS skills
*   Nice to have know-how in software sales (SaaS) and Business One
