The company counts c.40 FTEs located across Germany, China, France, the UK, India, Portugal, and Turkey with its HQ in Berlin/Germany.

The Growth team is looking to invest in young graduates and professionals who are ready to invest in themselves and ignite a career in growth and B2B sales. You will play an active part in developing a successful company while learning best practices from unicorn founders, international top-tier VCs and ex-McKinsey's.

Tasks

  • Growth & Business Development: Identify potential partnerships, build revenue pipeline and explore growth opportunities for the company.
  • Go-to-market Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry. Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Team Building: Play a role in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Cross functions: Act as a liaison between different teams (Growth, Operations, Procurement) ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Requirements

  • You are curious and passionate about hyper growth startups
  • You want to change a traditional industry together with an international team
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills - you have ability to clearly articulate complex subject materials
  • You possess Hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you
  • You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master´s degree in Business or a related field
  • You bring first experience in a highly competitive and fast paced environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English
