RMA/Tech. Support Assistant

Key Objectives

Checks and completes incoming RMA requests in our system

Provides excellent customer support to our customers

Manages spare parts stock.

Role and responsibilities

Checks incoming RMA goods and tests these according to company guidelines

Maintains database, stock control of spare parts, repairs/refurbishes goods if possible.

Ensures that correct credit notes are generated by the sales department.

Provides online customer and end-user support.

Educated to middle-level vocational education or equivalent

Good understanding of computer hardware in general and Cooler Master Products specifically is plus.

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar job.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
