Conzia GmbH is an eCommerce Agency specializing in scaling up D2C brands in the USA and the UK markets.

Our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany, with offices in the UK and Pakistan.

We work with 1000+ small D2C brands offering our services and software in the USA and the UK markets.

We are looking for a Co-Founder for Business Development to set up our base in Miami, Florida, lead our sales team, and scale up the company's sales operations.

• You have experience working in sales preferably in a digital marketing agency
• You have a fighter mindset and you do not give up until the job is successfully done
• You know how to lead, motivate, and get the jobs done successfully from your team
• You know how to stay calm and navigate through challenging times and difficult situations
• You are available to start immediately

• The role is based on equity and revenue share
