ServiceNow Risk and Security Implementation Specialist - Long/Short-term Contract

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Risk and Security Implementation Specialist to join our team. If you have expertise in ServiceNow Risk Management or Security Operations (Security Incident, Vulnerability Response), and enjoy working on impactful projects, this role is perfect for you.

• Design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Risk Management and/or Security Operations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into tailored ServiceNow solutions
• Work on modules such as Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Risk Management to address client-specific requirements
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems to enhance platform capabilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support
• Provide expert consultation on ServiceNow best practices and optimization opportunities
• Create documentation and provide user training to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solutions

• Proven hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in Risk Management or Security Operations modules
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and scripting
• Ability to analyze client requirements and deliver customized solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• ITIL knowledge or certifications are an advantage
