**The Role**

As an **Entrepreneur in Residence Intern** at Consultport, you'll work side-to-side with the founders on high-impact projects, and learn what it means to build a successful company. 

You’ll take on a diverse role with tasks from different areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and Management. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. It is a great opportunity for ambitious young professionals who want to experience a wide range of business functions.

## Tasks

*   **Growth Strategy:** Work on business-critical projects, and expand Consultport into new markets
*   **Venture Excellence:** Identify business and revenue opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members
*   **Sales Operations:** Optimize sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive efficiency 
*   **Special projects**: Act as “firefighter”, addressing urgent challenges daily

*   **You are quantitatively minded.** You love numbers, from KPI tracking to data enrichment.
*   **You are a quick learner.** You quickly grasp new concepts and can learn independently with little guidance. 

**Your Profile**

*   About to graduate from a top university in business, economics, or enginnering
*   Can complete a university-accredited internship (i.e. you are requeired to compete an internship as part of your studies OR you can recieve university credit)
*   Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 10% of your class
*   Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or startups).
*   Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus. 
*   Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
