The Role
As a Business Development Intern, you’ll drive client acquisition and fuel Consultport's business growth globally. During the internship, you’ll expand our client base, gain hands-on experience in sales outreach, and learn how to communicate with top decision-makers from multi-billion euro companies. This is your opportunity to take ownership, build relationships, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment
Tasks
- Curate high-quality lead lists from top-performing industries and schedule calls with Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) to drive conversions.
- Analyze market trends, track outreach performance, and bring fresh ideas to sharpen our sales strategy.
- Hunt for high-value clients by reaching out to top-tier businesses using strategic outreach strategies.
- Spark conversations that convert by engaging prospects and turning them into partners.
- Play a key role in converting leads into long-term clients, driving revenue growth for the business.

Your Profile
- About to graduate from a university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field. (Latest Spring 2026)
- You complete a university accredited internship
- Passion for sales and business development, with a desire to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is highly desired.
- Fluency in English is a must
- C2 proficiency in Italian, Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus.
