Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are searching for a reporting specialist (m, f, d) as

US Tax Reporting Specialist PE Funds

Responsible for tax reporting for investors subject to US tax / Analysis of financial data comprising extensive accounting entries / Carrying out quantitative analyses of extensive tax and financial data sets / Preparing and reviewing forms to fulfil US tax reporting obligations (FATCA, QI), such as Form 1065 with Schedules K-1 and K-3, 1120, 8858 or 8621 / Preparing tabular statements and drafting footnotes for investors regarding reportable transactions / Processing various client orders and ensuring that special cases are recorded correctly and that the results of large-scale reporting are accurate / Developing analytical dashboards and reporting frameworks, as well as optimising reporting processes and quality controls, particularly with regard to system outputs, including the resolution of potential errors in collaboration with support teams / Participating in projects spanning multiple countries and time zones, including the development of AI-based tools to automate analytics and compliance / Ad hoc projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a specialisation in Tax or Business Law / Knowledge of US tax legislation (FATCA, QI), and the associated forms / Practical professional experience in the field of US tax reporting at a Big Four firm or a tax consultancy / Analytical and team-oriented individual / Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills / Strong project management and communication skills / Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment / Adaptability and resilience when dealing with change / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Fluent in oral and written English.
