Overseeing the production of client tax reports for various legislations / Monitoring the entire tax reclaim process and ensuring the highest quality up to the client / Overseeing outsourcing partners in relation to tax reclaims / Overseeing the processing of Swiss stamp duty (Form 9) and supplementary tax (Form 182) / Monitoring and updating withholding tax rates in accordance with double taxation agreements (DTA) / Assisting the production of regulatory US tax reporting such as FATCA or QI / Single point of contact for inquiries from relationship managers / Point of contact for institutional clients and inquiries from senior management / Monitoring of processes for the automatic exchange of information including CRS reporting / Monitoring the processing of FinfraG, MiFIR and EMIR Transaction Reporting / Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and transaction-related tax reporting obligations Managing the technical implementation of existing or new processes / Participating in the development of processes and systems in the department or in international tax projects.

Studies with a focus on Business Law, Taxation or Accounting / Up-to-date knowledge in the area of Swiss tax and associated processes for banks / Generalist expertise of CRS, FATCA/QI and no CRS / Professional experience at a bank, at an asset manager, in a consulting or auditing firm / Knowledge of investment products and their taxation / Analytical, discreet personality with high service and customer orientation / Ability, to communicate tax-related issues in detail and in a way that is appropriate for the client / Ability to recognize correlations and trends in the field of tax and to discuss these with senior management in the context of presentations / Independent, proactive way of working with a focus on goals, time and teamwork / Cooperative and prudent personality / Flair for IT-Systems / Good MS-Word and MS-Excel / Fluency in English and German.
