Project Manager IAM

Responsible for access control concepts and practices / Design and implementation of policies and programs / Ensure compliance to improve security situation / Collaborate with IAM stakeholders in Business, HR, IT and Data Owners / Responsible for bank’s IAM governance, policies and control framework / Implement processes, supported by the IT environment / Optimize IAM related processes and maintain an effective framework / Continue to develop IAM and related processes / Provide IAM support to stakeholders and responsible for resolving issues as they arise / Responsible for resolving issues quickly and efficiently in collaboration with internal and external entities / Oversee maintenance of systems, configuration of processes and IAM documentation / Support internal and external audit for IAM related IT-audits and implement recommendations / Continue to develop IAM based on business objectives and policies.

Master's degree / Professional experience in the field of IAM at a bank, insurance company or in consulting in complex system landscapes (governance, processes, software, documentation) / Experience in the design, implementation and management of IAM projects and experience in the implementation of IAM projects as a project manager / Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking / Independent, flexible, very structured and goal-oriented way of working / Ability to set priorities and assess things / Confident judgment / Skilled communication with various stakeholders / German as well as English.
