Associate Regulatory Reporting
Preparation of regulatory reporting of regulatory key figures for financial supervisory authorities / Collaboration on capital reporting in accordance with Basel III and CRR, including analysis and validation of key figures such as own funds, capital adequacy ratios, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, large exposures, and liquidity (LCR/NSFR) /Assessment of the impact of new regulations on capital ratios and risk-weighted assets / Monitoring capital adequacy and ensuring that regulatory reporting processes are robust and fully compliant, including the incorporation of the COREP framework, a standardized reporting system for EU banks mandated by European Banking Authority (EBA) / Maintaining templates that cannot be covered by standard applications / Monitoring regulatory changes and collaborating on the integration of regulatory changes into systems and work processes / Coordination tasks between the accounting, risk, and IT departments / Processing regulatory changes into internal guidelines and monitoring full compliance as regulatory standards evolve.
Bacherlor' or Master's in Accounting or Economics / Professional experience in corporate accounting at a bank, in auditing for banks, or in consulting with a focus on regulatory reporting projects / Knowledge of regulatory and supervisory frameworks, e.g., Basel III, CRR, or COREP / Knowledge of accounting standards / Analytical personality with a team orientation and a structured, independent way of working / Confident use of databases and data query tools / Ability to meet deadlines independently and work under pressure / Customer-oriented, reliable way of working / Good communication and social skills and a high degree of initiative / Good MS Office skills / German and English language skills.
