International Credit Manager
Aufgaben
Review, evaluate, and approve complex loans in the areas of Lombard loans, mortgages, and structured loans within the scope of lending competence / Make independent credit decisions and determine conditions and terms and conditions for borrowers / Ensuring that credit approvals always comply with internal guidelines, default probabilities, and regulatory requirements / Responsible for creating uniform credit guidelines across the entire banking group / Monitoring regulatory requirements imposed by the authorities and continuously adapting credit guidelines / Ongoing training of front-line units in the area of complex loans and risk minimization / Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifikation
Bachelor's or Master's in Banking and Finance or Economy / AZEK, CFA, or MAS, CAS certification / Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the area of credit / Professional experience in international lending (Lombard loans or mortgages) / Professional experience in analyzing and evaluating credit / Professional experience in the further development of credit processes and credit products / IT flair and confident use of banking software and credit management tools / Analytical, team-oriented personality with excellent communication skills who enjoys sharing knowledge / Interest in risk management and evolving regulatory requirements / Confident use of MS Office (Excel and PP) / German and English.
