Manager Data-Driven Fund-Portfolio Monitoring

Responsible for data-driven monitoring of fund portfolios in the private market / Ensuring that data on fund performance and risks, as well as analyses of risks associated with portfolio companies, are made available to specialist departments and external stakeholders in a timely manner and in accordance with best practices / Responsible for transparent portfolio monitoring processes that bring together different types of data from a wide variety of sources and ensure that contractual agreements (e.g., SLAs), data deliveries, and service levels are correctly adhered to / Ensuring high data quality for the key figures of companies included in the portfolios of private market funds / Responsible for high-quality data deliveries to stakeholders in a rapidly growing environment with large amounts of data, the automation or optimization of constantly changing processes, and compliance with tightly scheduled time intervals / Responsible for ongoing change management that promotes automation, results in process improvements, and increases processing speed / Ongoing communication with stakeholders / Participation in strategic change initiatives of the international company / Ad hoc projects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Finance, or Industrial Engineering / CPA, CAIA or CFA / Professional experience in the private market fund industry in data analysis of operations, portfolio monitoring, analytics, etc., or in advising fund companies / Knowledge of investment metrics and KPIs at the fund and portfolio level / Knowledge of data models for private equity markets / Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks / Experience with implementations, process optimizations, and change management worldwide / Proactive personality with analytical thinking and high attention to detail / Experience in leading specialist teams and specialists / Ability to remain focused under deadline pressure / Strong interest in IT and knowledge of private equity systems / Strong interest in exchange and communication / German and English.
