Fund Product Developer - Private Credit Market

As part of a team, focus on the development, structuring, and management of new investment products in the private credit sector / Performing quantitative portfolio analyses, including performance attribution, risk assessment, scenario modeling, and benchmarking as a basis for conversations with customers and strategic decisions/ Participating in the development, structuring, and management of new investment products such as funds and customized solutions for clients in the private credit market / Identifying client needs and market trends to develop innovative, competitive, and profitable solutions / Designing the market launch strategy in collaboration with the investment teams / Creating fundraising materials in collaboration with client advisors / Supporting client due diligence by creating tailor made due diligence questionnaires / Working closely with the legal, tax, and operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all new products / Preparation of customized client presentations and analyses / Support with ad hoc inquiries from investors, potential clients, and portfolio managers / Monitoring and optimization of existing credit market products to respond to ongoing changes in the private credit market and client preferences.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration / CFA charter (or in the process of obtaining it) a major advantage / Experience in the fund industry (fund manager, service provider or consulting) in product structuring or product development in the area of private credit / Knowledge of various types of private credit funds/vehicles, investor preferences, and tax, legal, and operational aspects / Project management skills, multitasking abilities, and confidence in setting priorities to ensure successful product outcomes / Ability to lead and empower others as well as tackle and execute tasks yourself / Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills for interdisciplinary collaboration / IT affinity and MS Office skills (Excel/PP) / Languages: German and English.
