IT Project Manager Order Management System
Aufgaben
Managing and improving the order management system (OMS) including global processes on platforms such as Front Arena and Avaloq / Define and streamline IT processes within order routing and trading systems / Implement and develop new integrations, market connectivity and functionalities within the trading system / Configuration, implementation and testing of new functionalities to support evolving business needs / Optimization of system performance and improvement of system stability and promotion of automation / Development and maintenance of detailed documentation for configurations, processes and updates / Improvement of services or implementation of new requirements.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering / Professional experience in the IT trading environment of a bank with Avaloq or Sim Corp core banking systems / Practical experience with Front Arena FIS software / Knowledge of trading products such as stocks, fixed-income securities, derivatives, foreign exchange / Experience with FIX protocol, TLS, and encryption / Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, and SQL are required / Knowledge of automation, Microsoft Windows Server, and MS SQL / Ability to perform in-depth process analyses / Team orientation and problem-solving skills / Hands-on approach / Interest in developing trading system functionalities / Proactive work style / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / German and English.
