IT Business Analyst Data Governance

Responsible for the security of data assets, including artificial intelligence (AI), by optimizing data governance / Responsible for the data governance program including data management and data quality / Increasing the value of data assets by continuously optimizing the acceptance of processes, functions and responsibilities / Responsible for efficient resolution of data issues / Monitoring the quality of data protection and the efficiency of data provisioning / Responsible for closing potential security gaps / Ongoing identification of possible data leaks with specialist teams / Responsible for quality of security when using data in different business units simultaneously / Responsible for increasing the flexibility of systems by reducing data silos and eliminating organizational barriers / Monitoring global regulations for data and AI governance / Training of employees and managers / Ad hoc projects.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering / CISA, CIA or CPA or as an advantage / Professional experience in a bank or in a Big4 / Know-how in the area of (IT) data governance, quality and controls / Knowledge of legal frameworks for data and AI governance / Professional experience with data governance principles and best practice / Professional experience in lifecycle management, data modeling and master data management / Experience with data governance solutions (cataloging, lineage, MDM) and data integration (e.g., Data Factory, SSIS, Talend, Informatica) / Knowledge of data profiling, analysis, data cleansing, deduplication and data quality measurements / Experienced in conducting business audits with review of data quality, data flow and quality rules / Analytical skills / Interest in identifying system deficiencies / Knowledge of project management methodologies such as waterfall as well as agile / Ability to find efficient and effective solutions / Interest in communication and interdisciplinary work / German and English.
