Risk Manager KYC Compliance

Being first line of defense / Monitoring KYC and the risk management processes / Doing active client research with internal and public tools / Supporting the completion of AML country overviews / Doing KYC-related client discussions and AML interviews for periodic review and onboarding of new clients / Liaising with teams of the service center for reviewing of the quality of clients’ AML / Liaising with clients for legal agreements and non-KYC documentation / Organizing and conducting training sessions, road shows, workshop or seminars / Visiting clients periodically / Maintaining relationships with the compliance teams and conduct AML/KYC discussions.

Master's or Bachelor's degree / Experience in Banking / Good understanding of KYC laws/regulations, compliance risk as well as non-financial risk and documentation aspects of KYC process for correspondent banking relationships / Strong analytical and organizational skills / Proactive and fast learner / Strong writing skills, capability to document relevant information in a clear, structured and comprehensive way / Excellent communication skills / Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority / Ability to work under pressure / Command of MS Office applications and general computer proficiency / Fluency English and German (oral and written).
