Collaborate to drive all portfolio projects forward, including conducting meetings and workshops / Collaborate on end-to-end projects with budget responsibility to ensure scope and timely completion / As the point of contact and coordinator for business processes and key business projects, project requirements, scope, and deliverables were defined in collaboration with key stakeholders / Collaboration with business and solution architects is required when executing projects based on the target operating model / Supporting implementation initiatives and documenting concepts and business specifications / Creating reports and management tools based on the fund manager's key business processes / Ongoing review, analysis, and optimization of fund management processes / Managing and steering external IT providers and process developments in the department / Ad hoc projects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on IT, Business Informatics, or Engineering / Agile certification / Experience in project management in the fund sector or in the areas of asset management, management or strategy consulting in the context of projects for fund managers or investment banks / Sound project management experience as a project or sub-project manager / Interest in project management methodology and practical pragmatism / Ability to link different content or act as an “end-to-end thinker” and mediator on complex issues / Self-starter, networker, and passion for project management / Strong communication and negotiation skills / Strong leadership skills / German and English.
