**Specialist Financial Transaction Tax (FTT)**

## Aufgaben

As a tax specialist based in a product development team of funds responsible for transaction-based taxes on stock exchange and over-the-counter financial transactions worldwide / Advising specialists and managers in product development, but also for product or portfolio management or people in sales or legal department regarding stamp duties, withholding tax, Financial Transaction Tax (FTT) / Advising on tax issues (strategy, processing and delivery) in connection with the management of liquid and illiquid funds and funds of funds or direct and co-investments / Advising on tax efficiency in financial transactions and investments / Ongoing analysis of financial transaction tax for existing investments, launching transaction tax initiatives and monitoring the tax structuring of financial transactions / Coordinating the topic of transaction taxes during the onboarding of investments / Collaborating with tax firms worldwide / Monitoring regulatory changes and supporting tax projects in asset management worldwide / Planning, organizing and conducting training courses on transaction-based taxes and best practice / Further developing existing processes and services with IT / Ad hoc situational projects.

## Qualifikation

Master or Bachelor in Economics, Accounting, Tax or Legal / MBA, LL.M., as an advantage / Professional experience as a tax expert or tax lawyer in a Big Four, international law firm or with an asset manager / Knowledge of tax structuring of fund investments / Knowledge of international tax regulations of Luxembourg, UK, USA, SP, etc. in connection with funds / Interest in financial aspects of tax advice such as tax efficiency in investment activities / Analytical, detail-oriented personality with skillful communication / Analytical, detail-oriented personality with adept communication skills / Ability to put yourself in the situation of others / Team player / Proficient in MS Office / English and German.
