Lead Business Consultant Finance | Region: Switzerland, Zurich

For our client – a global technology leader in advanced vacuum solutions with a strong international presence and a long-standing track record of innovation and engineering excellence – we are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of:

You will take a leading role in global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance initiatives, driving the optimization and harmonization of ERP-based financial processes across international business

• Lead Finance-related ERP projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Analyze business requirements and develop solution concepts
• Configure and optimize Finance modules and processes
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cost Management processes
• Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Ensure standardized and efficient ERP solutions across projects
• Create functional documentation and support implementation activities
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules
• Background in ERP implementation or transformation projects
• Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in international project environments
• Independent and structured working style
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English skills required, German (nice to have)
