We are looking for experienced **High Voltage Cable Jointers** to support projects across various European countries.  

You will be responsible for the **installation, jointing, and termination** of high-voltage cables (ranging from **11 kV to 132 kV**) for substations, transmission networks, and industrial facilities.

## Tasks

*   Perform jointing, termination, and testing of HV cables (XLPE, EPR, etc.)
*   Carry out cable preparation, crimping, heat shrink and resin joint installations
*   Work according to drawings, standards, and safety regulations
*   Test and document completed works to ensure quality compliance
*   Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and utility clients
*   Ensure all work meets quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements

## Requirements

*   Completed electrical or power engineering qualification (apprenticeship or equivalent)
*   Proven experience as an HV Cable Jointer (11–132 kV)
*   Manufacturer certifications (e.g. **Pfisterer, NKT, Nexans, Prysmian**) are a strong plus
*   Good English skills (German or other EU languages are an advantage)
*   Willingness to travel and work across Europe
*   Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
