Development Engineer - High Voltage (m/w/d)| Region: Aargau

Position Framework

• Location: Canton of Aargau, Northern Switzerland
• Work Model: On-site
• Workload: 100%

• Independently lead development projects in coordination with the Head of Development
• Take responsibility for the design and engineering of high-voltage cable accessories
• Manage sub-projects within the R&D team and ensure alignment with overall project goals
• Build expertise in materials and manufacturing processes relevant to HV applications
• Ensure technical, schedule, and budget targets are met across assigned projects
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in line with company strategy
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders including Assembly, Project Management, and Customer Service

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (FH/University) or equivalent technical background
• Proven experience (several years) in product development within high-voltage systems, HV cables, and cable accessories is a must
• Solid 3D CAD skills, preferably with Autodesk Inventor
• Strong understanding of material and process technologies used in HV component manufacturing
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); German is an advantage
• Reliable, hands-on, and results-oriented personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
