## Tasks

**Your tasks:**

*   Development and execution of customer segmentation analyses to create targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific customer groups.
*   Building and maintaining partnerships with external agencies and service providers to support marketing activities and advertising campaigns.
*   Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
*   Initiating and leading innovation workshops with product management and development teams to identify new product features or improvements based on market trends and customer feedback.
*   Developing strategies to increase online presence and improve digital marketing efficiency, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
*   Coordinating with customer service to ensure customer feedback is effectively collected and used for the continuous improvement of the product offering.

## Requirements

**Your qualifications:**

*   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA or a related field.
*   Proven experience in product marketing, pricing strategy, or related roles, preferably in the semiconductor sector.
*   Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data, pricing models, and financial data.
*   Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to lead matrix teams.
*   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*   Knowledge of market research tools and marketing automation software is beneficial.
