Back End Developer - REST API

Compliance360° helps financial institutions and other organizations to develop proactive approaches to compliance and customer due diligence (CDD). Our services include KYC & AML screening, outsourced compliance services, compliance management software databases and Co-Pilot for effective onboarding.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs to support the company's compliance management software, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Implement security and data protection measures to ensure that customer data and compliance information are securely handled and stored.
• Optimize application performance by conducting code reviews, debugging and implementing necessary improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in the development of automated testing and deployment processes to maintain high code quality and rapid release cycles.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs using modern back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Python or Java.
• Strong understanding of database management systems and proficiency in working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks, particularly KYC and AML processes, is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
