Context: a banking organization undergoing strong transformation, looking to strengthen its recruitment team for the coming months.

🎯 Key missions:

Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (support, finance, and mid-senior management roles)

Partner with hiring managers to define needs and structure recruitment processes

Manage pipelines and ensure data-driven recruitment reporting

Contribute to implementing tools, methodologies, and hiring best practices

📍 Based in Amsterdam (hybrid setup)

🗣️ Fluent English required, international environment

📅 Freelance / interim mission
