Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to take full ownership of our growing ecommerce department, driving performance across multiple platforms with a strong focus on Shopify. Working alongside our Paid Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for optimising our online presence, ensuring seamless user experience, and maximising conversions across our two existing online stores in the UK and Europe—with the potential to expand onto additional platforms depending on market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead the ecommerce department, taking accountability for its performance and growth, and reporting to line manager.

🔹 Oversee and implement Shopify and other relevant ecommerce platforms based on country-specific requirements.

🔹 Handle back-end management, including product uploads, optimisations, and website updates.

🔹 Enhance user experience and streamline the sales funnel to drive conversions.

🔹 Implement automation processes to improve efficiency and customer journey.

🔹 Work closely with the Paid Performance Specialist to align ecommerce strategies with paid marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within Shopify.

✔ Strong knowledge of backend systems, product cataloguing, and UX/UI best practices.

✔ Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and optimise the sales funnel for increased conversions.

✔ Experience in automation tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.

✔ A proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results.

✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

✔ Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within Shopify.

📍 Office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).
