Deine Mission bei Complori

• Talent Acquisition: You own the talent acquisition funnel, ensuring high quality candidates and work hand in hand with the respective hiring managers
• HR Strategy: You develop and implement the HR Strategy (incl. HR processes and salary & appraisal systems)
• Sparring Partner: You support and consult the management and founding team on all HR relevant topics
• HR Operations: You execute the day-to-day hands on HR topics

Wir sind der perfekte Fit wenn...

• You are an experienced HR leader excited about driving progress in a part-time (~20h/week) role
• You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a VC backed company.
• You had ownership over scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a HR generalist with a strong background in talent acquisition.
• You love switching between strategic and hands on work, driving HR topics independently.
• In-depth understanding of legal frameworks in the HR field, especially in Germany.
• You speak German at C2 level (necessary to communicate with HR stakeholders like legal counsel, payroll accountant etc.).
• You are based in Berlin and excited to spend ~60% of your working time on site in our office in Charlottenburg.
