We’re not looking for someone to sit behind a laptop all day editing corporate videos.
We’re looking for someone who wants to turn an early-stage company into a show.
Someone who walks into the office with a camera and immediately sees content opportunities.
A weird conversation becomes a video.
A team moment becomes a recurring series.
A founder says something ridiculous and suddenly you have a hook.
You interview people, create characters, write skits, jump in front of the camera yourself and experiment constantly until something takes off.
Think Kinso, HeyClicky, Cluely or SULT rather than traditional B2B marketing.
Your main job will be creating entertaining, highly shareable short-form content around Cloud Studios, our team and the reality of building companies.
Some content will be scripted. Some completely spontaneous. Some stupid. Some smart.
The goal is simple:
Create content people genuinely want to binge, even if they have absolutely no idea what Cloud Studios does yet.
Alongside that, you’ll spend a small part of your week helping our co-founder turn his expertise around AI visibility into engaging educational short-form content.
If you want to experiment, be on camera, create recurring characters and formats, and potentially become one of the recognisable faces of a growing company, this role is for you.
Your main focus will be entertainment-first short-form content.
You’ll:
You’ll also spend roughly 3–5 hours per week supporting our GetMOW (an AI Visibility Agency for B2B software companies) co-founder with educational short-form content around topics such as AI visibility, new organic growth and building the company.
That might mean:
You will not be expected to make everything look perfectly polished.
Speed, personality and storytelling matter more than cinematic perfection.
We care far more about your creative instincts than your CV.
You should:
You do not need:
If you’ve built your own TikTok account, filmed stupid videos with friends, made university content, grown a meme page, experimented with YouTube or simply have strong creative instincts, we want to see it.
Practical requirements
This is not a traditional content internship.
You won’t spend six months scheduling posts from a content calendar someone else created.
You’ll have the freedom to help define what Cloud Studios becomes on social media.
You’ll get:
Location: Berlin / Hybrid
Duration: 3–6 months
Working hours: 30–40 hours/week
Start: Ideally ASAP
Internship: Mandatory internship / Pflichtpraktikum
Compensation: Currently unpaid as a mandatory internship, with significant creative ownership from day one and the opportunity to transition into a paid long-term role based on performance and mutual fit. This long-term role would also include a lucrative performance based contract.
Think this sounds like you?
Apply with a few examples of content you’ve created. We care far more about your taste, energy, personality and creative instinct than a polished CV.
If you’re excited by the idea of turning everyday startup life into content people actually want to binge, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for taste, confidence, humour, energy and creative instinct.
