Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Optimization

• Online Presence: Oversee the online presence, ensuring a consistent and effective brand image across all digital channels.
• SEO and PPC: Optimize website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to drive organic and paid traffic.
• Platform Management: Manage the e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide a seamless booking experience.
• Conversion Optimization: Analyze website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
• Synergy Identification: Identify opportunities for synergies and cross-property collaborations to optimize revenue generation.

Distribution Management

• Rate Parity: Ensure accurate representation of rates and availability across all distribution channels.
• Channel Optimization: Monitor and optimize the distribution mix to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
• Social Media Leverage: Utilize social media platforms to drive direct bookings and enhance the cluster's online presence.

Analysis, and Reporting

• Performance Analysis: Prepare regular revenue reports, including performance metrics, market share analysis, and profitability.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to hotel management.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles, distribution channels and marketing (online & offline).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
