As a Construction and Design Manager (m/f/d), you are the driving force behind translating our brand identity into spaces that inspire and engage. You define and oversee the global design strategy for our stores – from concept development and architectural execution to the integration of graphic and material design.
In this role, you combine creative vision with technical expertise. You ensure brand consistency across international markets while fostering innovation in spatial concepts, materials, lighting, and storytelling.

Tasks
- Support new franchise partners in store construction and setup, ensuring smooth implementation of all design and operational elements.
- Define and oversee holistic spatial and functional concepts, including lighting, color schemes, and material strategies, aligned with the overall brand identity.
- Supervise space planning, furnishing, and detailed design development – from moodboards to final floor plans, including review and approval of high-quality renderings.
- Direct the integration of graphic elements across store environments, such as wall designs, wayfinding systems, signage, and packaging concepts.
- Coordinate and evaluate external partners, including architects, contractors, and design agencies, ensuring quality standards and brand consistency.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and corporate sustainability guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with branding, architecture, marketing, operations, and franchise teams to maintain design integrity and a consistent brand experience across all locations.
- Prepare and manage design documentation for presentations, construction, and production processes.
Requirements
- Completed degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a comparable field with a strong design and brand orientation.
- Extensive professional experience in retail design, international store rollout, or brand-driven spatial design, ideally in a leadership position.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in an international environment.
- Confident use of relevant design, planning, and project management software.
- Exceptional sense for brand aesthetics, materials, and spatial storytelling, combined with technical and practical understanding of retail environments.
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills with the ability to translate strategic brand values into tangible design solutions.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of independence and responsibility.
