As a Trendsetting Pastry Manager (m/f/d), you not only develop and optimize our product portfolio but actively shape CINNAMOOD’s culinary identity. With your sense for trends and passion for innovative taste experiences, you bring seasonal creations to the table and ensure that every packaging convinces just as much as its content.
Tasks
- You have an excellent understanding of the food market and are always ahead of the curve when it comes to knowing which trends are currently popular—whether in the bakery or beverage sector of any kind.
- You carefully analyze market trends and evaluate customer feedback to identify new product opportunities for our entire range.
- You work closely with our creative team, develop innovative flavor profiles, and support content creation for our social media channels.
- You coordinate the entire product development process—from the initial idea to the successful market launch.
- You create detailed product specifications and maintain close collaboration with our suppliers to ensure quality and availability.
- You actively support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new products to maximize their market success.
Requirements
- You have completed training as a baker, pastry chef, cook, or have a degree in food technology, product management, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience.
- You have a strong understanding of flavor trends and product innovation.
- You have strong communication skills and can convey complex ideas clearly.
- You are creative, proactive, and passionate about innovative gastronomy concepts.
- You speak fluent English; German and Spanish skills are an advantage.

Place of work: remote in Barcelona – 1-2 times a week co-working space in Barcelona (in the future, permanently in the Barcelona office)
