Working Student Legal & Compliance (f/m/d)

Position Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Compliance team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance monitoring and process improvement in an international corporate environment.
This role requires you to work closely with various teams in the business including Legal, Sales, HR, Customer Project Management, Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, Product management, IT etc. to ensure that Cinemo’s solutions follow regulatory, corporate and customer standards/requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Perform gap analysis among organization processes and industry standards & models like ASPICE, QMS ISO9001, Cyber security ISO21434, Information security ISO27001 etc.
• Conduct Internal audits, reviews, process compliance checks, proactive investigations
• Define necessary corrective actions & improvements
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigations
• Review, maintain and organize documents, policies, and compliance-related records

• Support legal document/contract reviews & filing, signature process etc.

  What you will need to succeed:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in SW Engineering, Law, Cyber security, Information security, Information Systems, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Knowledge of Software development & fundamentals
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams

• Fluency in English

  This position requires at least 1-2 days per week of office presence.
