To join our team in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible for a limited time of 1-year, we are currently looking for a full-time  

__CLIENT ADVISOR (M/F/D) - LUXURY WATCHES__   

__YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES__  

* You will coordinate, plan and conduct personal customer appointments
* You handle our customers' requests and will be responsible for multi-channel communication with our customers via phone, email, Zendesk, chat, Whatsapp and Instagram
* You are responsible for the provision of competent advice to new and existing customers on watch purchases
* You ensure smooth operational and administrative processes at the CHRONEXT Lounge in Frankfurt am Main (e.g. ordering and contact person for the on-site location)
* You work closely with cross-functional teams and act in pro-active exchange with them.

YOUR PROFILE - IT'S WHAT MAKES YOU TICK THAT COUNTS  

* You have completed an apprenticeship in retail or have at least 2 years of experience in customer service/care
* You speak German and English on a fluent level
* You are passionate about luxury watches
* You are communicative and passionate about interacting with customers to provide them with the best possible shopping experience in an appropriate, professional way
* You work independently and describe yourself as a real team player. You can always be counted on and you are happy to help others
