As part of our expansion on a national and international level, we are looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our team. The role will be based in our Paris office with a flexible hybrid working approach.
Tasks
Your tasks:
- Support the full range of project management processes including scope, budget, reporting, planning, client interaction, and contract administration.
- Take proactive responsibility for small to medium projects (approx. NOK 10–100M) with a high level of independence.
- Represent Cumming Group to clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to keep projects transparent and on track.
- Assist with risk and value management, including workshops and project risk registers.
- Manage contract administration, monthly reporting, and chair project meetings.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality work outputs while supporting senior PMs as needed.
- Comply with client governance, company policies, and HSE/quality procedures.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Commit to professional development and support colleagues and the wider business.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Norwegian or Swedish.
Education & Experience
- Degree qualified (industry or non-industry).
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in the construction industry.
- Working towards MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification; additional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or Risk Management are an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of construction industry practices and technical matters.
- Experience with Nordic standard contracts (NS, AB, ABT).
- Demonstrated ability in core PM processes: risk, opportunities and issues, planning/programming, change control, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience delivering projects or programmes across the full project lifecycle.
- Understanding of HS&E (HMS) legislation, with a willingness to obtain formal training if not already completed.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with clients and colleagues alike.
