We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) with a talent for sales, strong communication skills, and the confidence to actively shape customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop B2B customer relationships
• Clearly and compellingly explain the full sales cycle
• Implement cross-selling, upselling, and migration strategies
• Build long-term customer loyalty with a focus on growth and satisfaction
Your Profile:
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management
• Ability to explain the sales cycle clearly and persuasively
• Confident, personable, and customer-focused demeanor
• Language skills:
• German: C1 to native level
• English: Minimum high B2
• EU Work Permit
