ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Director, you will lead CBRE Global Workplace Solutions' Facility Management business in Poland. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance and profitable growth of the division, ensuring the successful delivery of integrated facility management services across a nationwide portfolio of industrial and manufacturing clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the overall performance, profitability and strategic development of the Facility Management business in Poland
• Develop and execute business plans that support sustainable growth, operational excellence and long-term customer retention
• Hold full Profit & Loss responsibility for the division and ensure the achievement of agreed financial, operational and commercial objectives
• Lead and develop a cross-functional leadership team comprising Regional Management, Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Business Development, Procurement and QHSE
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to Regional Managers responsible for service delivery across Poland's key operational regions
• Ensure the successful delivery of contractual obligations and service excellence across a geographically dispersed portfolio of customer sites
• Drive operational efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with customers, industry partners and key stakeholders
• Support business growth through customer retention, account development, contract renewals and new business opportunities
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, business planning and performance management activities
• Monitor and influence key operational, financial and commercial performance indicators to ensure business objectives are achieved
• Ensure effective governance, risk management and compliance with contractual, statutory and corporate requirements
• Champion a strong culture of safety, integrity and operational discipline, ensuring adherence to all QHSE standards and best practices
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement and leadership development initiatives across the organisation
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with CBRE's RISE values, promoting accountability, collaboration and customer focus
• Identify and resolve complex operational, commercial and organisational challenges while balancing customer expectations, employee engagement and business objectives
• Act as a key member of the Poland Leadership Team, contributing to the overall success and long-term development of the wider business

LEADERSHIP SCOPE

Your leadership scope includes regional managers, finance, HR, Sales, QHSE, Procurement. Through this leadership structure, the role provides strategic and operational oversight of a nationwide Facility Management organisation delivering services across multiple regions throughout Poland.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• Extensive senior leadership experience within Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Technical Services or a comparable operational environment
• Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a large-scale service organisation while delivering sustainable financial and operational performance
• Demonstrated experience with full Profit & Loss responsibility and accountability for business results
• Strong experience leading cross-functional management teams across Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Procurement and support functions
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and delivering services across multiple customer locations
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive business growth, customer retention and operational excellence
• Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in talent development, succession planning, coaching and building high-performing teams
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and align diverse groups around common objectives
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate business insights into effective operational and commercial decisions
• Solid understanding of governance, compliance, risk management and QHSE principles within a service-oriented environment
• Highly organised, results-driven and capable of balancing strategic priorities with operational execution
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Fluent Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience working within an international or matrix organisation
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, technology or other complex FM environments
• Professional qualifications related to Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Management or Leadership
• Experience leading transformation, organisational change or operational improvement programmes
• Strong understanding of the Polish facilities management market and competitive landscape
