Tasks
YOUR CHALLENGES
The main purpose of this role is to take over the ownership of our contracted Data Center and its service contract including the full maintenance responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of our contracted services to the client on the agreed site(s), ensuring top service performance from a quality, health and safety and financial perspective. our contracted services to the client on the agreed site(s), ensuring top service performance from a quality, health and safety and financial perspective. Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Cross-functionally manage our maintenance services on-site as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled as defined by our contract and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled
- Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate
- Ensure compliant performance with local KPI and SLAs across contracts including proactive supplier management
- Answering or fielding customer and employee questions/queries and holding primary responsibility for incident management at the site level
- Industry-leading solution not just compliant performance (end-to-end MA-EW &PR)
Governance
- Preparation of monthly contract review alongside contract support. Preparation of monthly and quarterly customer meeting documentation alongside Contract Support and Area General Manager
- Ownership of all contract-level reporting eg. Contract reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc and presenting key messages at Contract Reviews and owning actions
- Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met
QHSE
- Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and guarantee that both CBRE as well as the client`s safety policies and processes, governance and compliance are effectively implemented across both our teams’ services and subcontractors’ activities and are regularly reviewed
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain a positive relationship with customer contract owner and customer dispute resolutions
- Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts
- Provide leadership to the entire team on site and ensure contractual commitments are not only met but also exceeded
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are explored to deliver increased turnover and profitability, ensure additional services and projects are added, and contracts are re-won on re-tendered
- Understanding DCS value proposition and identifying opportunities and initiating introductions to enable account retention and drive year-on-year leveraged growth
- Develop a long-term account strategy in close cooperation with your assigned Area General Manager and Business Unit Director
People
- Full responsibility for contract team recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement of People dispute resolution
- Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place
- Provision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment and recognition/reward
Finance
- The main purpose of this role is to take over the ownership of our contract and the full maintenance responsibility of our contracted Data Centre to ensure the successful delivery of our contracted services to the client on the agreed site(s), ensuring top service performance from a quality, health and safety and financial perspective
- Ensuring month-end position is maximized & financial accounting/forecasting is accurate wit the support of your finance assistant
Requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in a senior or executive management role which has included responsibility for product, culture, people and business growth
- Proven track record of operating in a senior role with previous experience in Critical Environments / Data Centres and one or more of the following: M&E, facilities management, projects, building services
- Dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level including site employees, suppliers and customers
- Capability to drive contract performance with strategic goals while maintaining employee engagement
- Remain adaptive to various complex challenges at the site level
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively connect with subordinated employees, clients and CBRE Management
- Excellent relationship builder with proven internal and external client management experience and good networking skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to understand financial metrics
- Fluent language skills in English are required as well fluency in Swedish (or another Nordic language) is preferred
