Catenda, the open way

Catenda builds the open BIM and common-data-environment platform that construction teams across Europe use to work together on their projects. DACH is our strongest and fastest-growing market — and we are now adding dedicated marketing capacity to keep that momentum going.

Tasks

What you’ll do

Run demand generation for DACH — from campaign to qualified pipeline.

Build campaigns from real customer evidence, not guesswork.

Restart our presence in the AEC trade press with strong customer stories.

Optimize our website and demand-capture paths for conversion.

Run our trade-fair and event presence across the region.

Keep marketing and sales tightly aligned on pipeline.

Requirements

What you bring

B2B marketing experience, ideally in construction-tech / AEC software or technical SaaS.

Full-stack demand-gen skills: digital, content, events, conversion.

Confidence with data and CRM.

Business-fluent German and English.

A builder’s mentality — you’d rather ship and improve than wait for perfect.

Benefits

What we offer

A beautiful office in the heart of Karlsruhe.

JobRad bike leasing.

No hierarchy, but responsibility.

Companyevents.

30 days of vacation.

Why now

DACH is already Catenda’s number-one region, and it is growing fast. This is a chance to own the marketing craft for that market — with the strategy set and the demand clearly there, so your work goes straight into results. Real scope, close to leadership, and a market that is already working.
