What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the hiring process across many different functions. You will support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience and shadow interviews and alignment meetings across the business. On top of that you will have full ownership for all internship hiring, campus recruitment engagements, feeding back data and market insights to our team and managing some of our employer branding efforts.

About the team

Our Talent Acquisition team consists of Sourcers, Recruiters, Recruitment Ops. We work in a hybrid environment, coming together a couple of times per week in our Amsterdam office to align, learn and grow together (and of course… eat doughnuts!).

What you’ll bring

You are a driven and self-motivated person that has a service-minded mentality and understands customer-centricity. You enjoy contributing creative ideas and love speaking with people. You have a good attention to detail and are interested in project managing and operationally implementing campus recruitment partnerships and campaigns.

In addition of having good communication skills you are:

  • Easy going
  • In possession of a can-do attitude; your desire to work hard and be flexible
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Great English communication skills
  • HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology/ Marketing/PR (related studies are welcome)
  • In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period. A tri-party agreement will be requested.

Our offices and way of working

We have sensational offices in Amsterdam, Groningen, Paris and our newest office in Lisbon. Most of our employees are within commutable distance of one of our office locations and enjoy a hybrid work model. This means we expect you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with each other. The exception is of course, if the job description specifically states that the role is 100% remote, as some experts and sales positions are.
