Casino Davos AG, a renowned company in the gambling and casino industry with over 25 years of experience, is looking for a dedicated IT Manager 100% temporary for 6 - 9 months to join our team in Baden, Switzerland. In this important role, you will be responsible for monitoring and advising on IT aspects to ensure smooth operations from an IT perspective. Tasks
- Responsibility for troubleshooting, designing, installing, configuring, managing and monitoring the IT infrastructure in a hybrid on-premises/cloud-based environment
- Creation and review of IT policies, risk assessment in collaboration with internal Risk Management and Compliance Office
- Development of standard operating procedures in line with ISO and ITIL best practices, support for ISO Audit 2024 (ISO 9001 & 27001)
- Point of contact for all IT related escalations
- Managing and liaising with external IT service/product providers
- Management of the IT employee in his support function for the terrestrial (Davos) and online (Baden) Casino
Requirements
Language skills
- Strong communication skills in:
- German: excellent written and oral communication skills (C1)
- English: business fluent written and oral communication skills (B2)
